Last year in the UK there was a big freeze and I had trouble getting the car into the ready mode. I had to make several attempts to make the car go. As the weather improved the problem got better but has not gone away and has now been with me for over a year. I now find that getting the car into the ready mode is erratic - you never know when it might happen. I can be free of this problem for days then it will suddenly start again. The car has been back with the dealer twice but the ignition always works when with them. They have told me that they can find no fault. The weather in the UK at the moment is very cold and am now experiencing the problem more frequently. Can anybody out there help me as to what might be wrong - could it be a faulty battery?
