It was unbelievable that a $30,000 car has window squeegees that don't work. I was told that all 2011 priuses do the same thing - that there was no problem. I have never found a car yet from a Mercedes to a Toyota corolla - whose side windows don't somewhat clear water off the windows in rainy season so you can see. I am extremely disappointed with Toyota. By the way - you cannot reach Toyota by email (check out their site). Ha - just like their windows - too late to do anything legally about the flaw. Toyota deserves all the bad press that they are getting. I do love my 2004 prius - @ 42 mpg average.. But it too has some issues - not worth posting here. I am definitely miffed about the windows - possible resolve is to super clean and use rain-x on the side windows. Jury is still out on that.
