The Prius hatchback is so low that this is a common problem to both our 2010 and our 2012. The front end WILL catch on the top edge any normal parking lot space cement barrier. What needs to be remedied is that it won't then pull off or be ripped up as we back out of the parking space. Maybe a few more screws could secure the splash-guard better. Otherwise, possibly shaving off a couple inches of the lower "drag" would allow it to clear any normal-height parking barrier, which this model car will not do under normal conditions.
