I purchased my used, 2012 Prius with 49,000 miles in January 2018. The first week I owned it, I noticed that sporadically, the driver door wouldn't open. You pulled the handle... and nothing happened.

Unknowingly, this was my first indication that my "door lock actuator" was going out.
