The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Prius. The contact stated that it was difficult to view any of the gauges on the instrument panel while operating the vehicle. Adjusting the dimmer switch did not remedy the failure. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer several times, but no remedy was provided. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 200.
