The lights keep burning out. Roughly every 3 months i am replacing 2 to 3 lights, front and back. I keep spares in the car just to show the police when they pull me over. Even though i buy the lights, i can't change them, so i make appointments and that is very costly.

low beam headlamps burn out every month

This is a known safety issue, it's all over the internet and Toyota won't admit to the problem. I have to keep spare head lamps in case one burns out. I'm replacing them about every three weeks. I called the dealer and and they said there is no recall. This needs to be fixed by Toyota at their expense.
