The contact owns a 2007 Toyota rav-4. the contact stated that while driving 5 mph, he would hear a loud clunking noise in the steering wheel. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for diagnosis where the contact was advised that the drive shaft needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure and current mileages were approximately 59,000. Updated 12/19/12
