back glass broken back glass broken

I came out to my car (walked around the front), got in, shut the door, and CRASH. Glass crumbling all over the driveway and into the car. Big hole in the middle of the rear glass. No evidence of vandalism. Nothing found in the car but glass. This is the 2nd incident. The same thing has happened THREE TIMES. Toyota says it's "outside influences" and they won't cover the glass under any warranty. I'm positive it's some kind of DEFECT in the vehicle. Ridiculous.

The morning after a thunderstorm, I came out to my car (walked around the front), got in, shut the door, and CRASH. Glass crumbling all over the driveway and into the car. Big hole in the middle of the rear glass. No evidence of vandalism. Nothing found in the car but glass. I thought maybe it was hail, but since this first incident, the same thing has happened TWO MORE TIMES. Toyota says it's "outside influences" and they won't cover the glass under any warranty. I'm positive it's some kind of DEFECT in the vehicle. Ridiculous.

I came out to my car (walked around the front), got in, shut the door, and CRASH. Glass crumbling all over the parking lot and into the car. Big hole in the middle of the rear glass. No evidence of vandalism. Nothing found in the car but glass. The same thing has happened TWO OTHER TIMES. Toyota says it's "outside influences" and they won't cover the glass under any warranty. Two of the incidents took place after thunderstorms, but it's not like the car was in a hurricane! I'm positive it's some kind of DEFECT in the vehicle. Ridiculous.
