This complaint is related to an urgent recall to replace rear trailing arms and epoxy the adjustment fasteners after the "fix". The trouble is, then you can never have the rear tires aligned again. I had new tires put on and the mechanic showed me how far out of alignment the rear tires were, after supposedly being fixed and aligned back in Sept 2016 after the first recall. Now the second recall is to replace the trailing arms. They said after epoxy to the trailing arms it should never need aligning again, right... So I asked why it was out alignment after the first fix then, no answer... I called the Toyota Customer Service Line and they said that was the fix Toyota said would remedy the problem and no other assistance would be available concerning future alignment goes. Does anyone know of a class action lawsuit related to this? I have three Toyotas and ways thinking about a new Rav, but I'm done with Toyota and their unwillingness to report and address recall issues in the past as well as their kiss off attitude on this problem.
