The contact owns a 2008 Toyota rav 4. while traveling 25 mph, there was an abnormal bang from the vehicle interior. The contact discovered that two bolts were fractured from the front driver side tire. In addition, all four tire bolts were extremely unstable. The dealer replaced all four tire bolts. The current and failure mileages were 35,000.
