The contact owns a 2011 Toyota Rav4. While driving at a very low speed, the sun roof exploded without warning or an impact. There were no injuries. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the sun roof was replaced. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
