Brake pedal suddenly started going to floor and dealership replaced the Master Cylinder. On pick up I told the service department rep that pedal was still soft and going almost all the way to floor. Shop foreman and tech supposedly test drove again and said all was normal, just soft pedal. I disagreed but took vehicle. I do not have a firm peddle and it still goes nearly to floor which I do not like.
We bought the vehicle in May, 2012 and it developed a rattle in dash on passenger side. It took department two and half years to finally find and repair rattle. Front rotors were scarred at 5,000 miles and replaced at 12,000 miles. Car now has 40,000 miles and these rotors are and have been scarred. Dealership tells me it is because we live on a dirt road. Cars before, truck and Jeep now did not and do not have that problem.
