The radio just quit working for no reason called Toyota and they admitted that they were having a problem with the 2014 JBL stereos but because ours was a 2013 would not fix the problem. Ended up putting in a after market stereo very disappointed.

Radio will just cut off and restart on its own. When I spoke with the dealership they said they would not it in the vehicles history in the event of future problem. They said that they couldn't duplicate the problem.
