The material that surrounds the center console (around the shift knob) which is the same material around the window buttons EASILY scratches and looks awful. I would have thought that Toyota would have tested this prior to releasing a new model. This material, while it looks and feels nice, can be easily scratched and should be replaced with a more durable material.
