One morning my wife and I were trying to open our trunk to load. The trunk would not open nor close completely. We went to the dealership to find the problem. Something within the motor of the trunk had broken, so they ordered the part and we a currently waiting to hear back from them. It's not a big problem now while there is a warranty, but when there is no warranty, then there's a problem. Where's the reliability with Toyota? We had owned a Tacoma for 10 years and had not one problem with it!

The 2016 Toyota Rav4 ..I just get it for two weeks..The first two day the back of the hood can't be open I went to the dealer they couldn't fixed it..So today they replaced my new radio and they told me the back of the hood is manufacturer defect..They can't fix it..So they will call the Toyota Manufacturer see what they going to do..I'm getting very frustrated..for Two back and forth but they fixed the radio now waiting for Monday to see what they going to do with it..They either have to replace me another car or refund my full down payment and many other things ..
