ON NOVEMBER 23, 2022 I WAS WITH MY GRAND KIDS COMING FROM THE STORE WHEN MY TRUCK STALLED ON ME , SO I TURNED IF OFF AND BACK ON AGAIN AND IT DROVE FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN STALLED AGAIN AT THIS POINT IT WOULD NOT START BACK UP AND MY GRAND BABY SAID HE SMELLED SMOKE FROM THE BACK SEAT WHERE HE WAS SITTING SO I THEN LOOKED UP AND SAW MY TRUCK SMOKING SO IT WAS AT THAT POINT WHEN I TOLD MY GRAND BABIES TO GET OUT THE TRUCK AND WE RAN TO THE OTHER SIE OF THE STREET WHERE THER MY TRUCK WAS SMOKING REALLY BAD THEN IT BURST INTO FLAMES.

I CALLED THE POLICE AND THE FIRE PEOPLE, TOYOTA SENT SOMEONE TO COME TAKE MY STATEMENT AND LOOK AT THE TRUCK ALL TO SAY THEY DONT FEEL THERE IS ANYTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME BECAUSE THEY DONT BELIEVE IT WAS THEIR FAULT. I HAD MY TRUCK SERVICE BY TOYOTA AND WALMART AND NEVER HAVE ANY OF THEM SAID THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY BATTERY BATTERY CABLE OR ANYTHING SO I FEEL TOYOTA IS AT FAULT AND I SHOULD BE GIVEN SOMETHING DUE TO THE FACT I LOST MY TRUCK AND ALOT OF PERSONAL ITEMS THAT WERE IN THE TRUCK AND THAT MY GRAND BABIES WENT THROUGH ALOT THAT DAY
