Our car is brand new. However we experienced that both front driver and front passenger seats have terrible back support. My wife and I both suffer back pains after seating for more than 10 minutes in the front seat.

There is something loose in the drivers seat that is moving around and hitting the drivers back. This is very distracting and happens all the time during driving taking the drivers attention off the road. This is an on going issue and the date is just a rough estimate of when it started.
