transmission bearing seized

I have this car since brand new that I never driven it hard, and the car has always been very smooth in shifting and driving. I took it to the dealer for the oil changed included in the Toyota Care Package, and then the next thing I know is my transmission is getting replaced.

The car had less than 20 thousands miles, which is covered under the warranty for sure, but Toyota only uses re-manufactured transmission for warranty repairs. Re-manufactured transmissions typically have much shorter lifespans.

I am very disappointed that the brand new transmission broken down less than 20k miles, and even more disappointed in Toyota for using refurbished parts for the warranty repairs only to cut their costs.
