The contact owns a 2019 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated that while stopping the vehicle, the contact heard an abnormal slushing sound coming from the front passenger's side door. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and it was determined that the door seals had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired and remained with the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 64,000. The VIN was unavailable.
