The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Rav4. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, she noticed that the front windshield started to form a crack from the front passenger-€™s side over to the driver-€™s side of the windshield. The contact stated that the crack had formed without an impact to the windshield. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure.
