Carvana got this car and sold it to us. They were suppose to do their inspection but failed. In addition, the car was past due for a service. They did not change the oil and filter. The complaint really is on CARVANA for sticking me with a faulty car and then making me go to the dealer and have it repaired. Toyota said the final drive system was defective from the factory. How it got out of the Toyota factory and through QC, I will never know?
