We have a Toyota Rav4 2018 Hybrid SUV and this morning while pulling in at work, I pushed the brakes and it did slow down as I turned into the parking place, then I noticed it was still rolling so I pushed harder on the brakes and the car literally jumped forward and into the building I work at - it was like the car lurched forward! It hit a corner on the building so it indented the middle of the car. Even though the car is smashed in the front with the hood bent up in a "V" and radiator fluid on the ground - it hit building with so much force that it cracked the windshield on drivers side from pushing the hood back into the car - no airbags deployed from the force.
