Rav4 Hybrid XSE purchased brand new from dealership, at around 3000km the brake developed constant ticking/clicking noise when brakes are applied at low speed (below 40 km) like it is doing Morse code. Same noise also occurs when brakes are applied lightly like rolling forward.
Took it back to dealership service center, technician said it is from the brake actuator and it is normal for hybrid vehicle so there is no fix. It does not affect driving except it is very annoying.
