Extremely stiff steering to the point that my wrist and shoulders hurt.

I've complained to the techs and they say that the steering runs based on battery and its possible that if the battery is low that the steering gets stiff.

I've driven other cars and rented other cars and nothing is as stiff as the steering of this.
