Was surfing this problem in an attempt to find a fix. There is no fix for this problem. One of my returns was for a 2011 model with the same problem. It is a common problem with this model. I'll just have to learn how to deal with it. I just purchased this vehicle on 08/25/2018 so if there are any other problems I haven't found any yet.
