The contact owns a 2004 Toyota Sequoia. The contact stated that the horn would only operate intermittently when engaged. The dealer replaced the contact pad but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified but denied any assistance with repairs to the vehicle. The failure mileage was 148,000 and the current mileage was 160,000. Updated 09/21/11 updated 09/28/11
