Talking with different people CAM SHAFT TOWER seals are a problem for many Toyota's... This one I didn't locate until after my warranty expired last month, but as you can see it has been happening for awhile.. I do think Toyota should consider a recall on this problem, buy labor is expensive... Toyota would not cover it...
