The contact owns a 2013 Toyota Sequoia. The contact stated that the windshield wiper speed was slower than normal. The failure prevented the contact from seeing the road clearly during heavy rain. The vehicle was taken to mike calvert Toyota (2333 S loop w, houston, tx 77054) where they stated that all of the vehicles were manufactured the same way. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 15,000.
