The contact owns a 2016 Toyota Sequoia. While fueling the vehicle's fuel tank, fuel leaked out. The contact stated that the failure recurred each time the vehicle was refueled. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was out of warranty and could not be serviced. The approximate failure mileage was 40,000.
