The locks seem possessed. they lock and unlock anytime they want.Sometimes it sounds like morris code. the car does not have to be running for this to occure. This condition can last for days then stop. it always seems to stop when i take it to the dealer. This is why iI have no solution. P.S. weather conditions or luner eclipes are not the problem.

Locks spontaneously lock and unlock themselves randomly. 2 Toyota dealerships have been unable to fix the problem. Apparently it was not occuring for the few hours they had it in the shop, therefore they could not diagnose the problem. This has been extremely frustrating, and it is a huge safety issue. Rarely does the van stay locked.

The car locks automatically unlock. It sounds like a child playing with the locks. It goes on as for as long as you're driving and then will unlock itself when the ignition is off. Besides being nerve racking, it's a safety issue.

The locks started going off only when the passenger door was opened and closed. It has progressively gotten worse, going off when the key was in or not. The remotes no longer work and it has blown a fuse to the dome lights. The dealer ship says that it is a computer problem and estimates 1,100. to replace the part and reprogram the remotes.
