- the contact owns a 2002 Toyota Sienna. The passenger vehicle side sliding door stuck and it could not be opened from the inside. Although, it could be opened from the outside. The failure had occurred 30 times. The vehicle was repaired in 2004, and will need to be repaired again. The current mileage was 80,000 and the failure mileage was 30,000,
