The service manager (ref: invoice #381497) is not responsible and is only trying to make money with easy items (replacing battery and minor service) with the vehicles at the dealer for over 48 hours. They left my Sienna compromised with leaking coolant and power steering fluid. The service report claimed to top off fluids but immediate check at pick up to find the it was not done.
Also, I found the hook support stunt broken - luckily before I drove to cause any damage to the car. How can a dealer call this a service? I am leaving with a broken car and caused us a road trip to Palm Springs planned for the weekend and the kids are also disappointed.
