the steering on my 2004 toyota sienna was not working correct

The 2004 Toyota Sienna i have for go my job and family, I repair the Brakes , replace Well Bearings ,Electrical problems ,But the Mechanical Guy told now need new RACK AND PINION STEERING GEAR OEM ,but the cost parts and labor is $600.00 is too much for me ,I have litlle Kids and I have just i car.

In true I no Want any money I want my car Fixed.
