on last week of September 2006,i was driving our 19month old Toyota sienna 2005 model with my 2year old , suddenly i heard a bad sound and my brake totally gone, its a good thing i was on a regular street not on the highway that time,i can not imagine what will happen if we were in the highway. I parked it on the side and called AAA and AAA technician said there is no brake fluid, i said how did it happen as Toyota dealer was the one maintaining it since I bought it feb 2005 brand new.The brake was ok for i while i was able to drop my 2yr old to daycare, when i was about to reach home the brake went off again, i check the brake fluid and its gone drove it to Toyota which is about 4miles away from my home using Foot Brake. when i reach the Toyota dealer the service adviser blame me for the problem, i was so upset as i almost got killed myself and my daughter then this guy is blaming me for the problem.Toyota fix the car and I paid $1300.00 for a new brake. There was a problem with Toyota and they get away with it,we consumer who pays for Toyota's durability, reliability and quality are the one suffering for this. I need help as i have documentation to prove there is something wrong with its acceleration and brake. The mileage was 15,000 that time and its all maintained by Toyota.
