Sienna EXL V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 90,000 miles

Dangerous!! Traction control would engage while going 70 mpg on the interstate and I would lose the gas pedal & the steering!!!!! Usually if it was mountains...always! Took it to 3 different dealers, took video...everyone ' saw the codes' but never could fix it...spent a year & over $700 on this....couldn't drive the family on vacation in the van... Traded back in to the same dealer that couldn't fix it!!! Felt bad but was certain a semi was going to kill my family on the interstate!!!!!! Also happens around town driving but only ticked off the people behind you when you suddenly decelerated....

Toyota sucks. I went straight to the dealer this time (third time happened) and they say they can't find anything wrong with the car. Recommend that I change the sensor to the tune of approximately $1000 but can't be sure it will fix the problem. Are you kidding me I've changed the brakes, the rotors and tires. Had power steering system checked out and its still happening. Now they want to change something else but don't think it will fix it. TOYOTA THIS IS MY LAST VEHICLE I'M BUYING FROM YOU. WHEN WATANABE SAN WAS IN CHARGE OF THE COMPANY WE DIDN'T HAVE THESE PROBLEMS. I GUESS THE QUALITY LEFT WITH HIM.
