Sienna CE 3.3L V6

Toyota told me its because of cold weather that's why its working slow but 30 minutes to 1hour still you can't see anything from rear. It's all moist.sometimes it works good. I know something is wrong because my 1995 corolla is working properly. If its under warranty probably they can't see the problem but if you're going to pay, for sure they can fix it.
