We have a 2006 Sienna and two days ago, we were driving on a flat road at 25 miles per hour. When the need to press the brake came, we tried to hit the brake 3 times and it did not take. The car started to oscillate on its own and had no control of the car. The car seemed to increased its speed even thought I was pushing the brakes. Nothing seemed to worked. Finally found a space wide enough to make the car go in circles, which almost made the car flip, when suddenly the last push to the brake helped it stop. Glad no one was near me and cause an accident. I thought there was probably a recall for this but don't see one. Then I see a lot of people having the same issue. It is unknown of the cause or fix up and no recall. Toyota needs to look into this before there are major, deadly, accidents..

I was driving through a green light and approaching a crosswalk. Truck in front of me slowed down to let a car in front of him turn into parking lot. I was driving 12 mile per hour and I applied my brakes but my pedal went to floor and I had no brakes. I swerved into the curb and hit a sign to avoid rear ending someone This was in a cross walk during busy library hours. Thank goodness no one hurt. My wallet will be hurt.

Went with the family on vacation to the beach. While driving on a busy road, the brakes did not engage. The brake pedal went all the way down to the floor. The car did not stop but rather accelerated. I hit a Subaru. The Subaru had minor damages. Sienna is a total loss.
