I won't advice any one to buy a pre-owned vehicle over 10.000 dollars from any dealer and later to have to deal with problem like this. It would be better to get your car from an auction yard knowing what you're getting yourself in to.

The car is nice, looking good but not worth the price I'm paying for it. PURE ROBBERY.

  1. 2 days after purchase from Ventura Toyota as certified car, Steering wheel shakes at highway speed, took down to Crown Toyota Dealer twice, always get back to me, "we didn't find anything wrong with it"

    2. If toyota dealer not going to help, what is the alternative, pull out my own pocket and pay for it to fix at local repair shop

    3. what a nightmare dealing with Crown Toyota, took 2days off work.
