We unloaded a box and it scraped the paint right off my bumper! Design flaw on not having the plastic bumper cover go over the ledge of the bumper. Really, this is a van and usually hold lots of strollers and kids stuff and pulling them in and out shouldn't be a hassle on worrying about if I will scratch my bumper.
