The wind noise in the passenger compartment sounds like the windshield is not properly installed. I'VE HAD IT BACK TO DEALER SEVERAL TIMES FOR THIS ISSUE, It's impossible to have a conversation without raising your voice. My children in the third row have to yell at me which can be dangerous while driving because I THINK SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG.
MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAS EVEN CALLED ME ON HER CELL PHONE FROM THE THIRD ROW BECAUSE I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HER.
We are also going to arbitration for this issue on 7/31/2014 Again the representatives from Toyota National said wind noise not abnormal even after the guy in the 3 rd row needed things repeatedly repeated yesterday.
This is also a serious safety issue, I catch myself trying to read lips in rear-view mirror rather than keeping my eyes on the road.
This wind noise issue did not occur in my 2008 Sienna nor the rental 2014 Sienna that I used for 2 1/2 weeks (3000 miles) with toddlers in car seats in second and third rows. We were able to play rhyming games etc.
