The contact owns a 2015 Toyota Sienna. While the vehicle was parked in the driveway, the rear passenger side quarter panel window exploded without warning. The dealer (courtesy Toyota of brandon, 9210 E adamo dr., tampa, fl 33619, (813) 639-8045) was contacted, but the vehicle was not taken in for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 37,857.
