The contact owns a 2016 Toyota Sienna. While driving approximately 15 mph, the brake pedal was depressed, but it was difficult to stop the vehicle. The contact heard a clicking noise at the time of the failure. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
