The contact owns a 2018 Toyota Sienna equipped with four Bridgestone turanza tires, size: 235/55/18 (na). The contact stated that the inside shoulder of each tire experienced severe wear. The vehicle was taken to my auto imports Toyota (1860 East sternburg rd, muskegon, mi), but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The tire manufacturer was not notified. The tire and vehicle failure mileage was 30,000.
