The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated that the vehicle was designed with an 11-inch screen located in the roof between the front driver-??s and passenger-??s seats. The contact stated that the screen was designed for movies and entertainment however, the screen obstructed the rearview mirror while flipped down. The dealer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that they could not assist. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 90.
