Sienna Hybrid

The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid equipped with Bridgestone Tires, Tire Line: Turanza L5100, Tire Size: T235/60/R18, DOT Number: [XXX]. The contact stated while driving 80 MPH, the rear passenger's side tire had a blowout. The contact stated she drove across the road and pulled to the side of the road. The contact stated that AAA assisted in replacing the tire with a spare tire. The vehicle was taken to Walmart the following morning, where the spare tire was replaced. Additionally, the contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the TPMS warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to Discount Tires, where it was determined that there was a hole in the rear driver's side tire. The tire was replaced. The contact stated that the front passenger's tire was also replaced at Walmart due to a pinhole. The dealer was notified of the failure. The tire manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
