1995 Toyota Tacoma. Rear differential has rusted out is is not able to be repaired. A friend with same vehicle has experienced the same problem. Dealer said there are no recalls and it is not covered under recent frame rust recall by Toyota.

Struck deer at 60mph-solid causing $65000 in damage, airbag did not deploy, struck gaurd rail at 40mph drivers front corner airbag did not deploy. Squeaking coming from rear or vehicle especially over speed bumps, leaf springs?. factory differential failed at 65000miles, dealer refused to consider warranty, replaced with used with 16000 miles, it failed at 127000miles. Fact. Trans 2cd gear syncro failed at 124000 mi. Replaced with '96 unit 16000mi. 3rd gear syncro is failing, I do not tow or haul with truck. If I could afford it I'd get rid of it, nothing but problems.
