Vehicle has two safety concerns of a sticky accelerator pedal and engine rpms jumping from 600 to nearly 1100 when the air conditioning system is running, causing vehicle to jerk while at a stop.

Throttle valve sticks shut while decelerating. I adjusted the setscrew about a year ago(another 35,000 miles later) the problem has retured. Since I don't have any major problems I'll continue to adjust it myself. Taking my truck to the dealer only ever causes more problems!
