There has been no failure, but the tires are exhibiting coloration changes between the sidewall and tread that look dangerous in light of the separation reports for their larger size tires.( dot number: )

Tacoma 4WD

One tire had a sidewall failure and the other three all split. We replaced all four at our own expense since the dealer said Firestone was avoiding settlement on tire problems. This all happened before the news about Explorer. I kept three of the old tires as proof.( dot number: Tire size: 10.5X31 )
