So I was jamming out to songs when suddenly the radio just went black, no warning, no loud noise, just suddenly cut to nothing and pure silence. I tried hitting it, turning my truck off and on, pressing and holding the power button - nothing. I had been using a Blue Tooth FM Transmitter for about 3 months before this happened, and I'm not sure if thats what caused it but there was no fixing the radio. Upon taking it out, there wasn't any burn marks and it wasn't worth it to open it up to see what had happened. After installing new aftermarket radio, it worked fine and still continues to work fine. Wasn't an awful fix but it's just annoying to have a non functioning radio for a good 2 months.
