The contact owns a 2004 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 to 60 mph, the fifth gear disengaged without any warning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to diagnose the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance.
